1 Open your Norton app and go to the menu in the top left. 2 Go to 'Renew'. 3 If you did the renewal on your pc already go to ‘Retrieve your purchase’ if not go to redeem a subscription and then 'Enter your product key'. 4 Click 'Apply'. After you clicked apply you may get a server error just press 'Close' and then reopen the app. After reopening the app, go back to the top left corner to open the menu and there should be your number of days.
